Internship Overview Lumel is hiring Data Entry Interns to support its lead cleansing and enrichment process. This role focuses on improving the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of lead data in CRM systems to drive better marketing and sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities Review and clean lead data for accuracy, completeness, and duplication. Validate contact details like names, emails, phone numbers, and company information. Standardize data formats for consistency. Identify and remove duplicate or invalid records. Enrich lead data using online research and tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Clearbit. Manage data imports/exports between CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing platforms. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Maintain documentation of data cleansing protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with data enrichment tools is a plus.
