Roles & Responsibilities:
✔️ Deliver high-quality assurance services based on EY Global review methodology.
✔️ Develop an understanding of risk management, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.
✔️ Execute and document review procedures as required by engagement teams.
✔️ Identify and address accounting issues, documenting findings with accuracy.
✔️ Collaborate with international teams (Americas & Europe) on financial assurance projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Education: B.Com graduates with a solid understanding of accounting and assurance concepts.
✔️ Experience: 0 – 1 year in basic accounting and financial analysis.
✔️ Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Robust logical and analytical reasoning abilities.
- Team player with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
