📝 Job Description: Product Support Analyst (Associate)
As a Product Support Analyst, you will provide technical support for Infor Hospitality software. This includes resolving customer issues, documenting interactions, and offering guidance through available self-help resources. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Technical Support (65%)
- Provide real-time support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Troubleshoot product issues and escalate if unresolved.
- Document all interactions accurately in the Infor Support Portal.
✔ General Support Tasks (30%)
- Respond to FAQs using the Knowledge Center.
- Coordinate with Sales, Services, and Development teams for specific queries.
- Handle email and call-based inquiries efficiently.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates in B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., BCA, or Hospitality (BHM/PG)
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Strong verbal & written English communication skills
- Basic understanding of SQL, Databases, and Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 30–40 WPM

- BHM graduates with front office or PMS software exposure
- Candidates with a background in Software, IT, or Hospitality tech
- Familiarity with SQL and database troubleshooting
