- Program Execution: Lead and manage Go-To-Market (GTM) and growth initiatives end-to-end.
- Data & Dashboards: Create and analyze key dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets. Leverage insights to improve business performance.
- A/B Testing & Experiments: Collaborate on rapid experimentation to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Hands-On Execution: Be proactive in tracking timelines and following up on key deliverables.
🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in Growth, Program Management, GTM Strategy, or Business Analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong ownership with a growth and experimentation mindset.
- Preferred background in fast-paced/startup or EdTech environments.
