👨💻 Job Overview – Associate SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)
Trellix is hiring passionate and detail-oriented Associate SDETs to support its ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) product line. You’ll play a key role in manual and automated testing, performance testing, and security validation prior to release.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and regression testing for new features and updates.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases with focus on ROI and test efficiency.
- Document bugs using tools like JIRA, ensuring clear and reproducible reports.
- Participate in solution and non-functional testing including load, stress, and soak tests.
- Use REST API testing tools like Postman and contribute to security test coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional QA, dev, and release teams across the product cycle.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in Software Testing / SDET roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Strong Java programming and OOPS fundamentals.
- Hands-on with REST API testing (e.g., Postman).
- Familiarity with AWS Services (S3, EC2, EBS, IAM, EKS) is a plus.
- Quick learner with excellent debugging and analytical skills.
