💼 Job Role: Trainee Processor – HOI Review Specialist
As a Trainee Processor, you will be part of the Homeowners Insurance (HOI) Review team, ensuring that insurance documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and lender guidelines.
🧾 Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and validate homeowner insurance documents for loan processing
- Verify policy details such as coverage amounts, deductibles, and effective dates
- Ensure compliance with investor and mortgage lender regulations
- Communicate with borrowers and insurance providers to obtain necessary information
- Update and maintain accurate records in loan origination systems
- Collaborate with underwriting and closing teams to resolve insurance-related issues
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
