Enphase is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Software Engineer to join their Engineering Services team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve software issues, support cloud infrastructure, and automate workflows.

- Perform incident troubleshooting and detailed root cause analysis
- Lead bridge calls during critical outages, working with global teams
- Improve processes with automation scripting (Ruby, Python, Shell)
- Support cloud software production environments
- Handle service requests under defined SLAs
- Manage firmware upgrades with scalable deployment strategies
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institute
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a software product company
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems
