🧾 Job Description – Associate Product Support Specialist
As an Associate Product Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers in resolving complex technical issues, enhancing their product experience, and supporting disaster recovery planning. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries via phone/email and resolve product-related issues
- Troubleshoot application, hardware, and network challenges across environments
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers on escalations
- Assist with disaster recovery support and customer training
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and support content
- Manage multiple customer cases, ensuring updates and SLA compliance
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations
- Track trends and improve support processes through detailed documentation
🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Degree: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in technical support or application troubleshooting
- Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in Windows/Linux environments
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Understanding of networking (TCP, DNS, DHCP)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
- Ability to support Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
- Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- MS Certifications
- Experience with Azure AD Connect, Endpoint Management, MS365 Dynamics
- Mobile email configuration (iOS/Android)
- Understanding of cloud backup and hosted environments
