✅ Role Summary
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work across the software development lifecycle to develop, debug, test, and deploy applications using modern languages and technologies. You’ll participate in developing backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and integrating third-party services while following internal coding and security standards (including PCI compliance).
🧠 Responsibilities
- Write and maintain basic code for web/mobile/backend applications
- Perform testing, debugging, and validation of software components
- Participate in documentation and requirement analysis
- Apply software development standards in a collaborative Agile environment
- Work with APIs, services, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech/BS in CS, IT, or related technical stream
- Good knowledge of at least 2 programming languages
- Understanding of API integration, web technologies, and database fundamentals
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Java, Python, .NET, or other backend technologies
- Familiar with front-end tools like React.js, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Exposure to machine learning (TensorFlow, Python) is a plus
- Awareness of Agile SDLC, Git, and code versioning tools
