🔍 Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end technical support including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Manage customer issues via calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams
- Handle priority cases, escalate as needed, and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with SAS Cloud Operations and support teams
- Participate in 24×7 rotational on-call support
- Develop technical knowledge around SAS software and third-party tools
- Contribute to SAS Notes, documentation, and knowledge bases
- Stay current with market trends and competitor tools
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0–5 years of relevant experience
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on with Windows, UNIX, or Linux operating systems
- Exposure to SAS language or similar analytics tools is a plus
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow is beneficial
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
