💼 Job Role – Data Services Consultant I (SQL Developer)
As a Data Services Consultant within the Technical Shared Services (TSS) team, you will be part of the Implementation Services group focused on customer data conversion and integration for the UKG Ready product.
🔧 Responsibilities Include:
- Convert client data from source systems to UKG Ready format accurately.
- Understand and apply data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Use UKG tools to design reusable data models and ensure consistency in data conversion.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders on project progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate-level SQL and data integration issues.
- Stay updated on the latest data tools and technologies used in UKG’s systems.
✅ Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL and understanding of data structures and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge in Excel-based data handling.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to new technologies and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) tools like ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday is a plus.
