💼 Internship Role: HR Intern (Virtual)
- Location: Bangalore, India
- Type: Full-time Internship (6 Months)
- Mode: Virtual Internship
- Shift: General (9 AM – 6 PM, 5 Days/Week. Some weekends may be required)
- Stipend: ₹25,000 INR/month
- Experience Required: 0–1 Year
- Eligibility: Full-time MBA in HR (Mandatory) + Any Graduate Degree
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in implementing AI-enabled recruitment technologies and TA projects.
- Data Reporting: Analyze hiring data, generate reports to support strategic decisions.
- Process Compliance: Work closely with the TA team to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
