Job Overview
Deloitte is hiring Junior Analysts to join its Financial Services Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations and help combat financial crimes, terrorist financing, and trade sanctions violations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investigations and analyses of banking transactions to identify suspicious activities.
- Review and validate customer records against regulatory documentation.
- Perform external research on individuals and entities to support AML investigations.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance programs.
- Stay updated on US and Non-US AML regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Tech (Any batch graduates can apply).
- Experience: 0–3 years in banking, financial services, or related fields.
- Strong research and investigative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
