About the Role – Contact Support Group (CSG)

The Contact Support Group (CSG) is part of Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services (CIS) division, acting as the first line of defense for IT infrastructure incidents and service requests. CSG delivers proactive, predictive, and user-centric IT support through both traditional channels (email, voice) and modern digital platforms (chat, BOTs, SSP).

As a CSG IT Enabler, you will be providing technical troubleshooting and customer service to global clients, ensuring speedy and satisfactory resolution of issues. This is a full-time role in Noida with 24×7 rotational shifts across regions and time zones.

  • Experience: Fresher (2025 batch)
  • Qualification: Any 3-year diploma or graduation completed in 2025
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and technical troubleshooting across multiple support channels.
  • Assist customers in industries such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
  • Troubleshoot internet-related issues, password/session resets, and profile updates.
  • Achieve First Contact Resolution (FCR) for queries wherever possible.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and respond empathetically.
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
Required Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
  • Readiness to sign Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
