The Aspire Program at ICICI Bank is a career development program aimed at grooming freshers into Relationship Managers (RM). The training focuses on customer-centric values, sales, adaptability, and professionalism. This role involves client interaction and may require travel across assigned regions.

Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary (CTC): ₹4.50 – ₹5.00 LPA (depending on location)
- Stipend during training: ₹18,000/month
- Training Duration: 2 Months Residential Training

- Manage customer relationships with empathy and professionalism
- Provide effective banking solutions through relationship management (sales)
- Achieve business growth by identifying customer needs
- Travel across regions for client meetings and banking services
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation/Engineering in any stream (MBA/Post-Graduate freshers can also apply)
- Minimum 60% marks in 10th and Graduation
- Age below 25 years (as on application date)
- Willingness to relocate and work in sales roles
- Less than 1 year of work experience
