Job Role – Customer Support Associate (Voice)
Amazon is conducting a Walk-in Drive 2025 to hire Customer Support Associates for its Noida office. This is a voice process role with a 3 to 6-month contract, offering opportunities for freshers and experienced professionals in customer support and BPO roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries efficiently through calls and email support.
- Provide accurate solutions and excellent service experience to customers.
- Work with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer data protection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / PG.
- Freshers are eligible; BPO/Customer support experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, and nearby areas can apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹2.32 – ₹3.60 LPA (Base Pay)
