Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through chat for Atlassian products.
- Own and resolve technical issues with efficient troubleshooting practices.
- Escalate complex issues as per company SOPs.
- Create knowledge base articles to document learning.
- Participate in team technical discussions and training.
- Specialize in technical areas and stay updated on relevant technologies.

Required Experience

Must-Have Technical Skills
- Expertise in SQL: Writing and updating queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with APIs and RESTful services.
- Network troubleshooting: Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SSL, proxy settings, firewalls, and other basic network protocols.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with browser development tools, HAR file analysis, and tools like Splunk.
- Understanding of OAuth, SSO, SAML authentication mechanisms.
- Linux environment familiarity.
- Knowledge of mail flow protocols like SMTP, POP, and IMAP.
- Basic understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
- Skills in troubleshooting Java-based applications and stack traces.
