Job Overview:
AT&T is hiring Full Stack Engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Spring Boot (backend) and React (frontend). This role offers exposure to full-cycle software development and opportunities to work with emerging technologies in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain backend services with Spring Boot and frontend applications with React.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and engineering teams to meet project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance the software stack.
- Contribute to technical documentation for future maintenance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in software development.
- Programming: Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Git and familiarity with Linux/Unix.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
