💼 Job Description: Junior Support Analyst – Freshers
BNP Paribas is hiring enthusiastic freshers for the role of Junior Support Analyst to be part of its IT Major Incident Management Team. The selected candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, lead crisis management efforts, and collaborate across global teams to provide follow-the-sun IT incident coverage.

- Manage IT incidents effectively within set SLAs
- Act as the main escalation point during major incidents
- Communicate incident updates clearly to stakeholders
- Ensure unbiased and prompt decision-making across teams
- Drive post-incident reviews and reports
- Work closely with global technology support teams
🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- Understanding of incident & service management tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Exposure to banking/financial domains (preferred)
