Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex client service tasks and transactional support functions.
- Process account-related transactions following scheduled events and client-authorized directions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
- Handle situations requiring research and adaptation for client-specific solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with brokerage processing is preferred.
- Local/regional certifications may be required as per business needs.
