🧑💻 Role: Automation Support Engineer

📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 technical support to BrowserStack customers across email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Assist customers with automation product integrations (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
- Troubleshoot user frameworks and support queries via scheduled calls and live sessions.
- Respond to technical forums with clear, concise solutions.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly.
- Document and contribute to internal and public-facing knowledge bases.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of experience in Technical Support or QA Automation roles.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Understanding of functional and automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language – Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
