🛠️ Job Description – Software Testing Engineer Intern:
Cactus is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Software Testing Intern to join its growing QA team. This role is ideal for engineering and MCA graduates who are eager to launch their career in software testing. The selected intern will work closely with the product and development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
✅ Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support in writing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct manual and basic automated testing for various modules
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand project scope
- Identify and document bugs, ensuring clear communication of issues
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint reviews
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.E / MCA from a recognized institution
- Understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to write and execute test cases effectively
- Strong communication and logical reasoning skills
- Exposure to tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG is an added advantage
