Job Description – Calix Graduate Trainee Hiring 2025
We are hiring enthusiastic graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches to join our Support Engineering Team. This role offers the chance to work on Calix access platforms and cloud solutions, assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Calix cloud and access platforms.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze, document, and resolve customer cases.
- Apply industry best practices in networking and cloud support.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather details and provide solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in technical and professional training sessions.

- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
- Batch: 2024 / 2025 graduates.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of networking (IP, routing, switching), Linux, and cloud computing.
