Job Overview
Clinisys is looking for Associate Software Engineers to join its Product Development Team. In this role, you will help design and develop advanced software solutions that streamline the flow of clinical information in healthcare environments. You will work closely with global teams to ensure high-quality, on-time product releases.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test assigned user stories and change requests with minimal assistance.
- Create technical documentation, unit tests, and maintain code quality through proper standards.
- Collaborate with technical leads to review specifications, track progress, and resolve technical challenges.
- Work with tools for version control, source code management, and issue tracking.
- Participate in design discussions, ensuring robust software architecture.
- Perform thorough unit testing in a deployable environment before QA testing.
Skills & Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Programming knowledge in C, C++ (knowledge of .NET, ASP, C#, VB.Net is a plus).
- Experience in multi-tier application design and development.
- Proficiency in RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with HTML/DHTML, JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams across Europe, UK, and US.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Acceptable degrees: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech (CS/IT).
