Roles and Responsibilities
- Process Adherence:
Follow the SOP (Statement of Process) steps and perform the final QC/sign-off to customers. - Quality Assurance:
- Work on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for quality issues.
- Maintain accountability for process success and quality.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate to improve existing processes with automation and gather critical information.
- Confidentiality & Flexibility:
- Maintain high confidentiality while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Be flexible to work in any shifts as per business requirements.
