💼 Job Description – Analyst Trainee (Freshers)
This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build their careers in IT services. As an Analyst Trainee, you’ll work on data operations, testing, and ticket resolution using modern service management tools and technologies.
🔍 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries and perform CRUD operations
- Develop stored procedures based on Low-Level Design
- Create test cases and execute manual/automated testing
- Analyze and resolve tickets using SOPs
- Work with ITSM and data analytics tools
- Collaborate with teams and contribute to innovation-driven tasks
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- 3-year full-time degree (BCA / B.Sc – CS, IT, Physics, Electronics, etc.)
- 60% or above in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off)
- No active backlogs or arrears at the time of joining
- Open to Indian nationals or OCIs residing in India
- Willing to relocate and work in any shift/timing
