Role Overview
As an HR Intern, you will support culture development and change management initiatives within manufacturing operations. You will engage with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, assist in executing HR strategies, and help foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives for new systems and policies.
- Support employee surveys, focus groups, and culture assessments.
- Participate in culture-building programs like values workshops, recognition campaigns, and communication drives.
- Help coordinate engagement events and shop floor activities.
- Track change metrics, employee feedback, and develop action plans.
- Support training sessions for cultural initiatives like safety culture and lean mindset.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Eligibility & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in organizational development and cultural transformation.
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment, including occasional shop floor visits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of change management models (Kotter’s, ADKAR) is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with MS Teams, Power BI, or survey tools is a plus.
