Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with CAD/GIS tools such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, and MicroStation.
- Analyze geospatial maps and engineering designs.
- Process structured data (Digital Geospatial Maps, Engineering Documents) and unstructured data (logs, PDFs, Images).
- Create, modify, or update geospatial-based networks and engineering designs following client guidelines.
- Achieve project-specific performance and quality standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- First 6 months: ₹13,000 per month (No deduction).
- Next 6 months: ₹14,000 per month (No deduction).
- Bonus: ₹6,500 after completing 6 months + ₹6,500 after 12 months.
- NATS Incentive: Up to ₹54,000 annually.
- Productivity Linked Incentive (PLI): Based on performance post-training.

Work Shifts
- First Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekend work may apply).
- Mode: Work from office (subject to management discretion).
Eligibility Criteria
- No prior work experience.
- Educational qualifications: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc (except Life Sciences).
- All educational certificates, PAN, and Aadhaar must be available.
Ineligibility:
- Currently pursuing education.
- Previously applied for any position at Cyient within the last 3 months.
