💼 Job Role – Junior Research Analyst
Diligent is currently hiring Junior Research Analysts to join its growing team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to dive into data analysis, research methodologies, and operational reporting. You’ll support the Senior Research Analysts by managing outsourced research activities, conducting quality checks, and contributing to the integrity of global data systems.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate proactively with third-party service providers to manage workload.
- Perform data validation and collection tasks to ensure database accuracy.
- Monitor workflow status and deliver regular management reports.
- Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies in the data collection process.
- Collaborate closely with the Vertical Lead for progress tracking and updates.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in International Relations, Law, Politics, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in research or service-oriented roles.
- Strong command of English and Hindi (written & verbal).
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
