Roles & Responsibilities
- Support various trade lifecycle operations, including trade confirmation matching, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Handle KYC processes, reference data management, corporate actions, syndicated loans, and regulatory reporting.
- Process data capture, cataloging, validation, and system updates.
- Manage fund transfers, cash flow settlements, and portfolio reconciliations.
- Create detailed reports using MS Excel for internal and client review.
- Collaborate with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve process-related issues.
- Gain expertise in financial products including equities, derivatives, FX, futures, swaps, commodities, and fixed income.
Required Skills & Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce, business administration, computer applications, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of finance, investment banking, and derivatives.
- Logical thinking and quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with trade lifecycle concepts.
