Job Summary
As an Associate Engineer, you will work on EDDL/GUI/UI development for world-class pressure and temperature field instruments. This role offers the chance to collaborate with global engineering teams and contribute to high-performance industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces with functional safety compliance.
- Perform software development tasks, including peer reviews and code management.
- Create and execute unit and integration tests to validate UI requirements.
- Debug software and hardware/software integration issues.
- Propose and implement improvements in UI efficiency.
- Use testing tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, meters, and sniffing tools.
- Support embedded testing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BE/BTech in Electronics, Telecommunication, IT, Computer, or Instrumentation; MSc in Electronics with programming focus.
- Proficiency in EDDL, C, C++ programming.
- 1–2 years of prior development experience.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of industrial digital communication protocols (HART, Modbus, Ethernet, Profinet, USB, BLE, etc.).
- Experience with version control tools (GIT, SVN).
- Familiarity with 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers.
- Understanding of serial protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN).
- Ability to write test cases and conduct integration testing.
- Collaborative experience with global multidisciplinary teams.
