🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn Epicor products and understand customer use cases.
- Develop and maintain user guides, how-to articles, implementation manuals, and process walkthroughs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple, user-friendly documentation.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
🔹 Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Education, Instructional Design, or related fields.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word or desktop publishing software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
