🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational support of cloud infrastructure and internal platforms
- Investigate technical issues, document findings, and assist with resolution
- Perform basic data analysis to identify performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate across teams to improve systems and processes
- Utilize AWS and other DevOps tools to enhance platform stability
- Write basic scripts for automation (JavaScript, Bash)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree (technical preferred); 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms (certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner are a plus)
- Understanding of infrastructure operations and basic scripting
- Knowledge of logic building and control flow (FizzBuzz, loops, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices is desirable
