Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage support queues to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
- Communicate with clients, payers, and intermediaries regarding payer enrollments, user access requests, and invoice queries.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on EDI transactions and healthcare portal access.
- Maintain accurate documentation of enrollment processes, timelines, and requirements.
- Identify and resolve potential enrollment issues proactively.
- Assist in creating internal and client-facing process documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, phone support, and operational improvement projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation degree or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of experience in healthcare or customer service (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, EDI, and X12 healthcare transactions (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
