Job Description:
Flex is looking to hire an Analyst – Accounts Receivable to support their teams in Chennai. This role involves managing invoicing processes and resolving disputes with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Job Title: Analyst – Accounts Receivable
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Chennai
- Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely generation and submission of invoices for shipments and services.
- Proactively identify and resolve disputes with customers.
- Contact customers via email and calls to confirm the receipt of shipments, invoices, and upcoming payment dates.
- Participate in discussions with customers, program managers, and site finance as needed.
- Ensure the timely accounting of funds credited to Flex’s bank account.
Education and Skills Required:
- A strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and support month-end tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
