At Freshworks, the Customer Support team plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding experience to users. As a Graduate Trainee, you will troubleshoot product issues, communicate effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction across email, phone, and chat channels.
🎯 Roles and Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries, reproduce reported issues, and offer timely resolutions
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to fix complex issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction with professional and empathetic support

- Work rotational shifts based on business needs (mandatory)
📘 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Fresh graduates from 2025 batch (Any discipline)
- Excellent communication skills – written & verbal

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
