Job Description
The Client Identities team at Goldman Sachs focuses on developing secure, scalable, and seamless client sign-in experiences using a mix of cloud-native and on-premises solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-level applications with a focus on RESTful APIs.
- Build systems integrating cloud offerings, off-the-shelf solutions, and custom products.
- Implement secure modern web authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
- Engage in production support, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate across diverse teams to promote best practices in secure software development.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Java or other compiled languages.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, development, and testing.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of authentication and security protocols (Kerberos, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
- Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Interest in building high-availability and mission-critical systems.
