Role Responsibilities
As a Trainee at HERE Technologies, you will:
- Skill Development: Gain hands-on training with proprietary tools, learning the basics of navigation attributes and digital map database creation.
- Data Processing: Use source materials to apply navigation attributes such as names, addresses, speed categories, intersection coding, postal coding, and more.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with database specifications and quality standards while meeting speed and project requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work with your team to ensure maps align with regional standards and are stable and accurate.
- Process Compliance: Adhere to organizational processes for work reporting, time tracking, and leave management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech graduates are not eligible).
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with office software, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Competencies: Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective written and oral communication.
