Job Profile: Product Support Trainee

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to customers by troubleshooting product-related issues through chat, email, and calls.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all product queries.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update knowledge bases.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and quick problem resolution.
