As an Analyst at ION, you will work within the Service Desk Team, delivering world-class technical and business support to global clients. You’ll gain valuable experience in client interaction, issue resolution, and understanding real-world trading environments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Log and manage all incidents raised by clients using the internal call tracking system
- Analyze and categorize incidents with strong business logic
- Resolve issues directly or escalate to the appropriate technical team
- Participate in on-site support visits to clients as required
- Continually enhance skills to improve first-line resolution rates
🎓 Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking under pressure
- Ability to understand code (C++, TCL, UNIX Shell Scripting) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable, resilient, and focused on delivering fast and accurate solutions
