Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and troubleshooting during all project phases to ensure client requirements are met.
- Participate in project implementation phases: initiate, design, build, test, deploy, and support.
- Adhere to ION’s functional design, testing, and documentation standards.
- Assist in creating configuration designs, test plans, and business requirements documentation.
- Support technical consultants by providing business and functional input, testing, and validation of solutions.
- Present ION product solutions to clients under senior consultant guidance.
- Gain industry and functional expertise through projects and training programs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work as part of a structured project team.
- Treasury or energy industry experience is a plus.
- Motivated, adaptable, and quick to learn new concepts.
