Johnson Controls is inviting applications from 2025 engineering graduates for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee at their Pune location. This role is ideal for freshers seeking to kick-start a career in Building Management Systems and industrial automation projects.
📌 Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute design and application engineering tasks on Building Management System (BMS) projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project execution plans under the guidance of senior team members.
- Attend workshops and training sessions assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, defect-free hardware/software packages.
- Follow organizational processes and standards to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project execution.
🎓 Required Skills & Education
- B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical (2025 batch).
- Minimum 55% in SSC, HSC, and Graduation.
- Strong observation, learning attitude, and teamwork capability.
- Willingness to work in technical environments involving HVAC and BMS.
