💼 Job Role: Associate Trainee – Diploma Freshers
Kimberly-Clark is looking for diploma graduates in Mechanical or Electrical streams to join as Associate Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to industrial machines, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightening (CLIT) tasks to ensure machine health.
- Monitor and act upon temperature, vibration, oiling/greasing, and abnormal machine behavior.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
- Carry out systematic replacement of spare parts to reduce breakdowns.
- Conduct hot melt application cleaning for improving performance and lifespan of machinery.
- Follow all safety protocols, hygiene guidelines, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
🎓 Education and Skills Required
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Freshers eligible).
- Understanding of machine operation, basic electrical/mechanical checks.
- Awareness of safety protocols and hazard reporting.
- Willingness to follow company standards, hygiene, and quality systems (QMS).
- Good team player with a focus on machine performance and customer impact.
