Kyndryl is actively hiring freshers and recent graduates for the role of Technical Support at their Gurugram location. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are tech-savvy, passionate about customer service, and eager to grow in the tech support domain.
📝 Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide live technical support to clients via chat, voice, MS Teams, and email.
- Handle customer issues related to Windows OS, software installations, Microsoft 365, and Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated queries.
- Learn and adapt to various platforms through hands-on training and mentorship.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective communication with end users.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in Engineering, Science, or Computer Applications (Any Batch).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Windows 10, Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work from office in a hybrid work environment.
