Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data attributes across multiple systems and processes to understand interactions and impacts.
- Document and build a data library to drive process improvements.
- Conduct strategic analysis to identify solutions and opportunities.
- Analyze large data sets pre- and post-migration.
- Ensure understanding of customer account hierarchy and onboarding processes.
- Deliver tasks related to business processes and reference data on time with quality.
- Resolve data-related issues by providing short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
- Generate comparison reports across internal systems using tools like Salesforce and CRM.
- Provide reporting solutions for data integrity and management reporting purposes.
- Liaise with global business partners to facilitate data remediation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Data Management, Computer Science, MIS, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication; solid English skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of IT processes, data modeling, and implementation practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and build relationships across departments.
