🧑💼 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time technical support to users via chat, forums, web-based tools, or phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Newfold Digital’s software, services, and hosting products.
- Identify bugs and provide solutions or escalate appropriately.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes, product feedback loops, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal Information Security Policies.
- Analyze customer queries, offer solutions, and track issue resolution.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (Preferred: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in IT or Computers)
- Experience: 0 to 1 year in technical support/customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
