🔧 Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for NICE Playvox Cloud-based Applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve customer tickets effectively.
- Monitor application stability and escalate unresolved issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams on technical resolutions.
- Work on systems hosted on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
🧠 Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech or related IT field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Application Production Support.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Windows servers and Databases (MongoDB/MSSQL).
- Familiarity with CRM Platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshworks.
- Good understanding of SAML, SSO, identity providers like Okta or OneLogin.
- API testing skills using tools like Postman.
- Basic knowledge of Wireshark is a plus.
- Knowledge of telephony systems is an added advantage.
