Key Responsibilities
- Manage Order-to-Cash processes with strong business acumen.
- Perform account operations tracking and compliance checks.
- Propose and implement continuous process improvement ideas.
- Collaborate with resource management, revenue, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations during month, quarter, and year-end closing.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Project, Time, and Resource Management Systems.
- Experience in SAP and Salesforce.com is an added advantage.
Preferred Functional Skills
- Expertise in Contracts, Invoicing, and AR Processes.
- Familiarity with Order Management and Master Data Management.
- Experience conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and managing deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Management Skills
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Capability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely deliverables.
- Flexibility to adapt to business requirements and ensure SLA adherence.
