Job Description: Banking Operations Associate
NTT Data is hiring freshers & experienced professionals for the Banking Operations Associate role. This position involves KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, compliance checks, and data processing for financial services.
Roles & Responsibilities
✅ KYC/CDD Operations: Analyze and execute the KYC/CDD process by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
✅ Document Interpretation: Review and process KYC-related documents accurately in the system.
✅ Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
✅ Process Optimization: Provide structured narratives in English with proper grammar and sentence structure.
✅ Administrative Support: Keep updated on process changes and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Education:
🎓 Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
✔️ Experience: 0-3 years in Banking BPO / KYC / Financial Operations.
✔️ Skills Required:
🔹 Strong knowledge of banking operations & compliance.
🔹 Proficiency in Windows PC applications & data entry.
🔹 Ability to work rotational shifts (including weekends).
🔹 Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
