Job Role: Associate Engineer – Professional Services
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience Level: Fresher (Any Batch – Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree)
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor telecom network performance (2G, 3G, LTE/5G, ORAN, Core) on a 24/7 shift basis.
- Perform first-level network analysis and generate daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 engineering teams for escalations and advanced problem-solving.
- Use network monitoring tools and apply troubleshooting procedures for effective resolution.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of telecom network architecture (2G/3G/4G/5G, ORAN, Core).
- Knowledge of IP networking concepts (IP addressing, ping, traceroute, etc.).
- Familiarity with Linux commands and network troubleshooting tools.
- Good communication skills for customer and internal team interactions.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
